Policies
- Payments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, or the session will be cancelled.
- Afifa reserves the right to decline any tutoring request; no disrespect will be tolerated.
- Zelle is preferred for payments, though other arrangements can be made upon request.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- Unused sessions may be refunded with written notice.
- Dissatisfaction with a grade does not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded.
- Sessions are held via Zoom. Cameras are optional and based on student comfort, but a working microphone and reliable internet connection are required.
- Sessions will not be recorded unless the tutor, student, and (if applicable) parent/guardian provide written consent. Recordings incur an additional $10 fee.
- For students under 18: a parent or guardian must complete registration, handle payment, and be included in scheduling and other communications.
- Materials and copyright: all worksheets, slides, and study guides are intended solely for enrolled, paying students and may not be sold, shared, or redistributed.

Undergraduate General Chemistry
Comprehensive support covering the full general chemistry sequence: atomic structure, periodic trends, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, gases, thermochemistry, kinetics, equilibrium, acids and bases, solubility, and electrochemistry.
Undergraduate Organic Chemistry
